Our History
Originally founded in 1975 as part of the Lavalin engineering group, the company has grown through mergers and acquisitions, to its current status. Today, TECSULT EDUPLUS is a division of Tecsult Holding Inc., an all-Canadian multidisciplinary engineering firm, owned by its employees, with head office in Montreal and offices in Quebec, Ottawa and Halifax.

Our Capabilities
TECSULT EDUPLUS offers a wide range of human resource development and training services, ranging from basic education, to employability counselling, to the creation of advanced e-learning content and systems that are at the forefront of new training technologies. In addition, we offer a full range of complementary consulting services in change management, feasibility assessments, and impact analyses related to the implementation of new training technologies. We have the skills and resources necessary to manage large-scale, complex projects, carried out within an ISO 9001 working environment, and offer our services to clients in French, English and Spanish.

Our People
As one of the largest Canadian companies in the field, we employ 150 specialists in training delivery, instructional systems design, industrial engineering, information technology, multimedia production, psychology and management. In addition, we routinely draw on our network of more than 400 specialized consultants and advisors to ensure that the right skills and knowledge are applied to meet the needs of each client.

Our Clients
Our clients can be found in 75 countries around the world, where we have delivered over 2,000 project solutions for 400 individual client organizations.

In the Canadian market, we have worked with both public and private sector clients, such as Bombardier, Air Canada, Hydro Quebec, the Canadian Space Agency, the Department of National Defence and Human Resources Development Canada, to successfully build and implement solutions tailored to the needs of each organization. On the international scene, TECSULT EDUPLUS has established an impressive record of success in delivering skills development, institutional strengthening and technical assistance projects in Africa, Latin America, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe and the Caribbean.
